and I've seen this "new" key (I 060400 04 731BB81185609CFA22F8B039C253E3BD) today on other forums too,
can't you see that it's the same as the one posted on 09/04/2012 ???
Is there anything different that I am missing???

What you miss, is that there are TWO keys posted, the active one (which is indeed the one that was posted already in earlier posts) and a new one which may be the next one....this is a current practise....
