run s*y card in dream

how to set up this card?
i have installed cccam 2.1.4 and newscs 1.67 but doesn`t work.
ok i will put the boxkeys in, but a bit help would be good.
somebody can tell me a bit.

have you try to put this in your CCcam.cfg ?
