Bug - Fixes & enhancements for new plugin is called for ...

Bug fixes:
* Exception "Invalid application context" (Fuming) Umschaltpopup in the mini-telly is fixed (hard failure, the new version).
[Has cost me 8 evenings ...]
* Many bugs have been fixed in the construction road.
* Min bug fixes.

New features:
* There is a new DLL is added, is this is data compression, this DLL is coming
Plugins needed.
* Internal handling of channels and bouquets is improved.
* Some GUI fixes.

Da sind mir noch ein paar Sachen im Aufnahme-Manager aufgefallen...

Bug-Fixes:
* Aufnahme-Manager: Leider blieb ständig eine unnötige Connection zum WEB-IF bestehen.
* Aufnahme-Manager: Versucht der Aufnahme-Manager eine programmierte Aufnahme zu starten, die jedoch nicht dekodiert werden kann,
  kommt es nicht mehr zum Dead-Lock (==>Neues Release), sonderen der Versuch wird sauber beendet und der Eintrag aus der Aufnahmeliste entfernt.
* Aufnahme-Manager: Wird eine programmierte Aufnahme in die Mini-Glotze umgeleitet und diese kann den Stream nicht sauber splitten,
  wird die Miniglotze jetzt geschlossen , die Aufnahme beendet und der Eintrag aus der Aufnahmeliste entfernt.
* Fix in der Baustraße des Media Servers (leider wurde das Manifest nicht richtig integriert).
* Minor Bug-Fixes.

Neue Features:
* Ich hab Euch mal unter dem Info-Button (Ribbonbar) auch einen Link zum StreamMeNG HD ULC, sowie ULC-Weekly Snapshots eingebaut.
* Ich habe mal nen "Turbo" zum WEB IF eingebaut, die Umschaltzeiten sind jetzt zur DBOX / Coolstream / DM viel, viel besser...
* Der Trace Monitor läuft nun über einen Threaded-Timer und gibt Meldungen jetzt sofort aus.
* Externes Netzwerk: Solltet Ihr über einen Proxy gehen, sind die Umschaltzeiten fast wie im "Homenetzwerk" gleich.


So, jetzt wird noch der Transcoder überarbeitet (Mehr als eine Tonspur im Stream muß noch gefixt werden), das dauert allerdings noch ein wenig
und dann geht es an weitere interessante Plugins ran.

Bug fixes:
* TS-grabber: Unfortunately, on a socket error while recording a storage area was released 2x -> crash the program (new release).
* TS-grabber: Under certain circumstances, the TS-Graber in connection the waiting time for a response from the receiver proxies too short, fixed
(eg herewith should the message "proxy sends nothing ...." be fixed under Open WEBIF, feedback would be great).
* TS-grabber: Under certain circumstances, it was the TS-Graber in the stream analysis and simultaneous recording to abort Heap Corruption -> crash
Program (new release).
* Recording Manager: Unfortunately, there are some inconsistencies in the selection of a recording events in the inclusion list (pionter showed indeed
to the index, but not the content, which may lead to a crash of the application -> new release), should be fixed.
* Recording Manager: When you drag and drop from the EPG list in the record list, the selections remain in the EPG list is no longer available ...
* Recording Manager: When you exit the application, the Host Manager no longer get stuck ...
* Min bug fixes.

New features:
* Recording Manager: The EPG list for a selected channel is now updated every minute, when not recording or the mini-telly runs. Expired
EPG has to be removed, the list less as 15 entries, will update the list from scratch.
Is not the dialogue of the receiving manager active, basically, there is no background refresh.

Quick & tested under Win7x64 WIN7x32 each with 1, 2 and 4 cores, 2 cores and with WIN8x64 RTM.

Feedback is insbesonder wg. Open Web IF desirable ...

Opps, some dialogs did not work properly under a "non-German" OS.

-I have the popup "Recording properties" completely revised and the complete GUI
in the 'English language version ingen "checked.
-Unfortunately, since the last version of the software update error crept in, you should therefore
the latest version manually using the ARP delete or re-install via the Web Installer.
Update on Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 and Intel IPP 7.1 (the stress was pure ...)

Bug fixes:
* The TS-grabber of the socket timeout was set too low (recording should not stop this now
-> New Release) ....
* Fix in MPEG2 decoder (dual prime calculation).
* When Umschlaten in the mini-telly the mini-telly is now in the foreground.
* Failure to initialize the dialog "Recording properties" is fixed.
* The term "non-German" OS now, the dialog "Recording properties' (-> New Release).
* I have the handling, if the mini-telly can not decode stream "somewhat mitigated".
* "Overview peridoische shots": It does not crash if the "host properties"
called (-> New Release).
* Installation of the application: the "hidden" mini-installer should no longer remain standing or running, thus 2x
Problems with the update, or uninstall ready, THX @ HUDRIWUDI
* Several fixes in the Baustrasse (everything now multithreaded "dynamic" is linked).
* TYPO's
* Min GUI fixes (recording list etc.).

New features:
* The switching of the mini-telly are now much better (depending on the type of receiver between 1.5 to 2.5 seconds).
* The internal handling of "(pending) recording-events" is now greatly improved.
* Uses your DBOX, you will receive a message now, what is to reconfigure on the DBOX and StreamMeNG.
This message can be disabled (who can read but is a clear advantage!).
* Integrated link to the video clip.
* Compiled with Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 Runtime 2013.0.089.
* Intel IPP 7.1, with integrated (into DLLs are kicked out, new ones were added, I hope I've caught all).
