Problems with Canalsat and canal+fr

Suite à un problème technique survenu durant le week-end, une grande partie des abonnements CANAL+ et/ou CANALSAT ont perdu leurs droits.

Pour relancer les droits sur votre abonnement, merci de suivre la procédure suivante :

Abonnement CANALSAT ou initial par CANALSAT :

1. Eteindre votre décodeur.

2. Sortir la carte 1 à 2 minutes puis la remettre.

3. Rallumer votre décodeur.

4. Positionnez-vous sur la chaîne PLANETE et ne zappez pas jusqu'à ce que les images réapparaissent (minimum 30 minutes).

Abonnement CANAL+ :

1. Eteindre votre décodeur.

2. Sortir la carte 1 à 2 minutes puis la remettre.

3. Rallumer votre décodeur.

4. Positionnez-vous sur la chaîne CANAL+ et ne zappez pas jusqu'à ce que les images réapparaissent (minimum 30 minutes).
