error kaon 570 hw v12.c1.a5

Hi.
I got some problems to upload the firmware to this kaon.
it upload the file up to 100% from the computer to the receiver, but at uncompressing stage it freeze 3 secs at 80% and the at the display it show fail.
and got an error message on kup 230.
