Smart Card identify help needed.

This card is used in DTCO (digital tachographs) in order to be able to gain access in calibartion menu from technicians.

Here is an ATR from the card that i have and want to find out what type of card is...

No it is not. They just have the same ATR. Any ideas of what chipset has?
