Falsh Dragon Cam with normal card (e.g. Titanium)

Hi guys,

I have been away from the scene for a while.
Unfortunately I also forgot how to flash my cams.
I have a dragon cam lying around and a titanium card.
If I remember correctly in the days before the CAS3 etc. we flashed the cams through loading cards with the most recent software.

Is there a way to do that with the titanium card or another card?

Something just came to my mind...is there also a possibility to use the pcmcia slot in my laptop to flash the dragon cam?
