Sky says ‘HD drinks are on us’

WorldCupstadiumBSkyB has come up with a clever World Cup soccer promotion.
Sky subscribers who own HDTV sets are being told to invite 3 or more mates over for an HD game and Sky will supply a free £10 Tesco voucher, offer
50% of Pizza Hut meals and a ‘free’ £10 wager on Sky Bet.
“Plus if any of them decide to join Sky TV with Sky+HD, we'll give them a free Sky+HD box, free standard set-up and the HD Pack free for 6 months (£10 a month thereafter). Result,” says Sky.
The bizarre fact is that Sky has no rights itself to TV coverage. Those are held exclusively by the BBC or ITV, who will be screening the soccer matches.
