rtl2831 DVB-T USB driver (7047)

Hi All,

If anyone has a DVB-T stick (Azurewave TU-200 7047) or others using the Realtec chip. I backported the V4L driver to 2.6 18-7 that drives the chip.

There seems to be a different KERNEL_MAGIC (2.6.18.6 vs 2.6.18-7) for the modules in the OE repository compared to what is running on the box so I made them match. All the modules insmod OK but I am unable to test the functionality for a few days and I am quite keen to see if it works.

Anyone feel like giving it a go
