Travel Channel not free anymore?

Travel channel is not free any more? I used to receive it free on Astra, but now it seems that is not working...
Could you please inform me about it???

I see.
From what I have seen UPC Direct has it; does that mean I have to buy a card from them? And if so, where can I buy one? Online? and they send me the card at home?
