unpacked and placed the file "qbox_update" on a USB

turn off the rear button QBox HD, put the key back on back button

loaded the update and let the screen LCD monitor QBox HD
there will be the message that the upgrade is in progress, then
you can put out back button, remove the key, then turned back button back.
