My Y6 dongle is not opening any channels on Nilesat Transponder 11881H and 12303H which belong to Indian channel package Pehla plus...since 10 days despite trying all available updates till date...

My dongle is directed to W3A @ 7E....

Pls help me watch the world cup on Cricone channel starting next week...
