Opticum HD 9600 TS

Hello

I've searched the forum and used google, but can't find the answer to my questions.

I've bought a new Opticum last month.

I've downloaded the last firmware and latest keys.

I can view free channels.

But the channels that must come open with the keys, I can't view.

I have:
hardware version: 3.02
Software version: 3.26
Loader version: 4.03
latest update: 1 juni 2010

Only 1 key works (Rai), ist there anybody that knows why?

Satelite disch is possioned correctly on: astra 1, hotbird , astra 2 and astra 3

I hope someone can help me out of this.

I download the latest softcam.key file, put it on stick, upload it to the opticum receiver, that all works fine
BUT...

The only key's that are working are the keys for rai 1-2-3-4 (Hotbird 13 E)

Are all the other keys down?

I know that you need to modify an original card (MOSC) for the keys of tv vlaanderen and canal digitaal, I don't have the equipment for that, and i don't want to destroy my card, so I know these wil not work with the softcam.key file.
I can't connect the receiver to pc.
I don't have a COM port on the pc but I do have a network card and cables (normal and crossed over) but I can't make the lan connection work.
Windows 7 on PC
I tried connecting opticum with crossed over and normal lan cable, I couldn't make any connection.
I really could use some help here, I tried searching for answer here in the forum, used google, but I really can't find my answers.
