Yes, but that's a huge bug: hardcode the AES decrypt without even checking if it's actually required...

Csat HD (provider 32820) works with the no aes file(MillCard19.mln) directly in cccam 2.1.4

csat hd works also on gbox 2.25 with normal mil19 file (not the aes one). enjoy till it lasts
