You tried so differents thinks , the probleme can be on the configuration of your com port , check the speed , parity and bit stop on your computer.
Device manager , com port , right click , property , port parameter

i tried everything
-infinity usb unlimited is ok
-pc is ok
-only card not ok

becouse i checked when loader send upgrade and card answer with 90 00

and i didnt see anybody have same version of my card
after a deep search here and on www all people talk about version 3 not 2

only 1 possible way , is my card boot isnt same as version 3 and up
and i cant find old files ( like milcard1 milcard2 , or an old software to upgrade my card boot to version3)
i believe some sellers have
i hope someone or milennium team give me a light on this crazy card

try to use an old Loader , reset the card and inject an old file after that reset agan the card and reinject new file it should work, they are no difference between V2 , V3 as you say , the only problem is if you like to inject Mill+ to an MIL card (normal file ) or vis versa
