fix stop/start problem in default EMU
fix control message (check system every 3 hours)
change ecm timeout (now 2 time in second)
viaccess 2.6 is off (only with CCcam-Beta2)

    Thank you for the great updates, but being very new to this like i am, how do i install it?
    I mean i see i can upload plugins via the webinterface, but im not gonna just do that and risc setting of some odd PANIC reaction.

    Once i got that file downloaded, what do i do with it?
