    Antsat DSR 4000CI

    Please I need help regarding Antsat DSR 4000CI satellite receiver. When I switch on the receiver, the display only shows just four lines (- - - -). No Channels Numbers and No Reception. Do I need a software update or a firmware to solve this problem? Because I don't have any of them. Thanks.

    Most probably, you need to change the power supply of the receiver
