HD Glass 14 - ver. 2.2
- new dynamic ecm/emm icons ( screen - 3, 5, cool
- base icons ( txt, wide,...) are dynamic in all screens
- you can switch between extended screens (1-cool via setup plugin - after 
  save, autorestart GUI will be executed
- you can define the mode of extrainfobar (screens 1-cool and base infobar 
  (very simply) via setup plugin
- screenshot 0 - base infobar, 1-8 - extended screens ( infobars)
- you can edit any screens of 1-8 - editing file "EI_skins.py" placed 
  in "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/ExtraScreens/"

installer now supports - Gemini 5.1, Newnigma 3.0.1, Dream Elite 1.3.3, 
OoZoon, all other images CVS based - DM models 800HD, 8000HD, 500HD

Note: if you use HD Glass 13, no need uninstall one , 
only 14 must be installed after 13
