Pls can some1 help me, since d updating of avatar-2 my avatar-2 fail 2 work for any of d sat. i only use MBox-2. pls help, what will b d problem.

you are not making sense! since update your av2 failed to work but you only use mbox. Can't help if we are not clear on what you want.

because of the inappropriate software for the dongle, try getting the correct software and the problem will get solved.
