funcard or keys ?

By funcard oy by keys.bin, is it the same thing or a difference ?

for rai channels on h.bird seca1 you need funcard on diablo,if you mean other channels write which ones

it's just for NUMERICABLE (19,2°) ID 0084

The key of NUMERICABLE (19,2°) ID 0084 don´t work on emus, only
a Mosc Card.
