when I'm playing MKV video format files, in several minutes screen freezes :(

I have the following provlem with Voltе HD FULL serie M3602A
receiver when scanning satellites do not go all my channels.
In the settings I can not change 22khz excluded !!!!!
23.5 12110h27500 go, 12032h27500, 12051v27500.
Transponder 11817v 27500, 12207v27500 not.
Please help solve this problem, thanks in advance.
