Yumatu Full HD Ali (3602) last Update firmware

iam new with site and iam egyptian i got truman 909 hd the pic is so bad i try alot of sw but i got errot some times loader type and some time model version when i checked i found my model ali 3602 , loader no 1.1.15 and the stb 06030300 the pic is soooooooo pixels i can't read any thing and the font is badddddddd please help if u can and if i can found software support media like mkv , flv ,etc.... file thanks

Please check chipset number, is it 3602A or 3602B ?

i checked the official website the problem was in the stb that it is 006030300. iam already try one in the same name it's upgraded well but it have the same problem so any other stb like 06000100 can not uploaded that's all i talk about with usb , so if i used rss 32 can it be upgraded or not and the best soft if i can't use any other stb edition thx for help again waiting for replay
