Coship cdvbc 5166 firmware/software

Hi,
I am from Pakistan, I have Coship cdvbc5166 receiver and restarts everytime I switch on because its software is corrupted and it goes to receive update but fails because my service provider doesn't provide it.

I want to update its software from my pc. Kindly advise

i also own the Coship cdvbc 5166 digital cable receiver.
Can you please advise how can i change the date and time of this receiver???
i cant find the place where i will be able to change the date and time of the receiver.

i would be highly thankful.
