    kabelkiosk and KB deutschland

    I would like to receive them in Belgium
    Is it possible with a card or a receiver eventually sold in Germany?

    According news received from Germany, those channels would only be available through the German kable. Has anyone another solution for other countries, Belgium for instance?
    It seems expensive and a little bit stupid to use the satellite for programs staying in the same country...
