    Unhappy upon booting to update dm800HD pro waits at ***stop*** DHCP.....

    hi there everyone!,
    i really need some serious help here
    my DB is directly connected to my pc through crossover network cable and i want to flash it through firefox....the problem is that upon booting when i hold the power button down and replug my DB...it says ***stop***DHCP......and nothing happens...and MY DB is configured "DHCP On" in the settings....so am i missing something here?
    by the way i don`t have router so!!! i connect through Dialup....but that`s not the problem cause i only wanna update the box by flashing latest images thru web interface.
    so again..

    How do i flash my DB when it`s only directly connected to my pc thru crossover network cable?

    Just use Dream up and a serial null modem cable

    fixed the pob now.....had to get a router...everything is o.k. now
