The receiver I have is Voltel (YuMaTu) MX. Is it possible to view through the emulator Bulsatcom channels on 39E? I have already updated the keys but does not decode the channels. Please help what else will I need to watch.

no.. MX cannot decode the Irdeto key from Bulsatcom.... only the last models, like Yumatu HD ..or IQ and up.
Are you sure that your keys are actual. For actual keys look THERE
