Fix possible race conditions (happening when a user connects multiple times concurrently) and a segfault when validating the uniq status of a client. Add uniq check on account reinit as uniq may have been set in the meantime..

WebIf: Fix caching bug for images and empty oscam.js. Use javascript for auto-refresh of status page as this is much more efficient regarding caching.
