Norwegian Telekom (Conax) ?? (vPlug)

Hi

Sorry.... another newbie here
I want to get started with ProgDVB to watch scrambled TV Channels.
I already have everything setup to watch FTA channels, but there are a lot of scrambled ones which I would like to watch.
I have also installed vPlug 2.3.9 and I have downloaded several up to date keys (from this forum and dvb-upload.com) but I still can not watch scrambled channels.
The vPlug monitor only displays:
Norwegian Telekom (Conax)

But I don't get any video or audio
