    Hi Max,

    I need your kind help.
    I am trying to read any card through Multiprog 190 and Phoenix TE21, but always get "no programmer found" message.
    I managed to get com port detected and green led is also signing but still no programmer found message. I cannot read even an ATR from any card to say nothing of writing....
    Pls. help me.
    I have no idea what the problem is.
    I have XP.
