How can i see Irdeto with belgacom operator on hotbird??

My first guess would be that Belgacom usese, or has used Irdeto at one time or other. Irdeto, like Nagavision or Betacrypt are forms of Encryption that a Provider would use to block Unauthorized Viewers from viewing Prorgrams from said viewer. The best and leagl way to view such channels is by getting a Reciver / Viewing Card.

While it's not allways the case as with Irdeto² (ttbomk has not been hacked yet),. You could in theroy open such Channels with a proper combination of Hardware (i.e. CAMs', Recivers, (e.g. Dreambox), and Software),.
