How can I identify my dongle and update it?

About a year ago I bought a dongle in Lebanon to work for Nilesat. Now it has stopped working, and I was wondering how to up-date it. However, I don't know what type it is. Is there a universal tool to find out? The only information on it (apart from Made in China) is "K Modem, Model no: IWF-100". I bought it together with a an Amax SF-4_USB. It requires an internet connection to work. Thanks in advance for any help on this, as I am absolutely lost!

Now there is nothing for this dongle, in the past, it uses the server of morebox, until 02-12-2010, the moresat team changed the protocoles used by the morebox, it influate on the superbox 2010 that the manufacturer choosed the facility in hacking the server of moresat.

The superbox2010 team will certainlly create a server or hack another time the server of moresat, you haven't a choice, only wait and see
