Bulsat - Arena Sport 1-4 (11012) no signal?

Hello, As i have read these sport channels are on 11012, but in this transponder i do n't have any signal so i can't downoload these channels.
At the other transpnders all the other channels have been downloded.
My decoder is an opticum multiroom.
Do you know why i can't download these channels?
Is there other transpnder for arena sports?

11012 is dvb-s2!!!
