problem when loading image

When I load an image , Ireceive a " abort by user " message . before I erase the flash and now I don't have any thing on my dream 500S .What can I do ?

I use dreamup 1.3.3.7

If you are already using dreamup 1.3.3.7 try an older version. If that fails have a look for erase.img on the net. If you cant find it I will upload it. Load your box with erase.img image 1st, this will completly flash erase the dreambox the try your image again.
