Write my own un-official FW. Where to get the source code?

If I'm correct, both 232 and 241 version of FW are un-official. Now, the FW itself is in .stb format, which is already compiled.

I want to write my own firmware. So, where do you guys get the source code? Or how exactly do you go about writing new FW?
