Thanks for your help on this but it seems to me with your Excel file provided (UPC - Transpondeur) to help for a manual scan of the channel change order since 03 June 2014 of Cablecom (Switzerland romande), there are some mismatch between Name of providers and Frequencies inside because I have tried to do a manual scan for W9 and also a lot of Name like M6 HD and it is do not corresponding.
In addition, I'm a little bit confused because to do a manual searching the modulation of 64 (Polarity in your Excel file) is not but set to 256-QAM in my Vu+ duo to find some providers.

Maybe you can send your own .xml file to help because from my side I cannot do an automatique scan but a manual scan probably due to my External Sundetk USB stick connected to my Vu+ Duo.
