Deputy Director General of Russian state television VGTRK , Dmitry Miednikow, informed editorial portal Marker of ongoing work on a new educational television channel, which puts the emphasis on science and innovation. The working title of the project is Learning 2.0 . Work on the new channel is already completed. The final decision on the approval of the project is to be taken by the end of this year. Learning 2.0 is a business project. Distribution of Learning 2.0 is the same as the channel My Planet - cable and satellite. The annual budget for the project will be approximately $ 10 million.
