Can anyone help me identify a card?

Thnaks for any help. Im new on this and im trying to identify what type of card i have to see if i can do somenthing . I use winxplorer 5.0 and it give me
RX ATR : 23 F2 93 FF 7E 73 80 45 56

Nevermind, i think im the card its closed, as that info igot it using winexplorer 5.0 and tried with n2edit5.2 and got not atr, so i believe not atr means the card its no longer good. So ill try with an open working card again and post the results. Anyone recomend a good software to read and writhe to the card? thanks for any help.

That ATR looks like you have byte convention incorrectly set in WinExplorer. Change from Inverse to Direct - or vice versa. Then re-post the result.
