check ur ip address .... then check any channel and wait for at least 2 min .... if problem same again then you will have to put firmware again ...

DREAMER 500 HD
first install firmware... rootfs_cramfs.stb225-nand.bin
then reboot ur box

if CCcam not visible in ur MAIN MENU OF box then press 9689 on the main blank screen
CCcam option will be shown in main menu ---
setting --- softcam setup --- CCcam
then put c line for example (C: www.noip.com 15000 user pass yes) into usb drive from your computer and enter usb into the dreamer 500 hd box ..
Then go
Softcam --- enter pass --0000-- select Share mode--- CCcam or newcam ---press red button to import file --- you will see import file sucess ---if u see--- no more file import ---- it means ur c line is not properly entered then enter again ur cline
after import file success you will see offline on main screen but dont worry when ur
c line will connect to server... offline will become online it self

Can anyone tell me what can i do if i bricked my dremer ? its stuck on bluescreen(wallpaper) and it dosnt fully turn on as no cooling work and no green lighton front panel...

anyone know how can i install new fw using rs232 ?

Since two days i don't have signal on my box.

Im installed this latest firmare and after reboot it say: "THIS IS CLONE".... Im trying flash it with oldest firwmare but unsuccessful. Still after reboot its say "CLONE"
Please, how to kill this new firmware...

i never found "clone" issue for dreamer 500HD
pls double check your box model

hi. my problem is when i put cline in softcam.cfg then usb is not been import . it says no new account import.
probably i am doing softcam.cfg file wrong. could you please explain how to create this file.

you can try input c line using remote control

menu ==> setting ==>> softcam setup ==>> password "0000"
choose =>> None / CCCAM / Newcam with left - right arrow
and than follow the instruction

if you use flash disk
the file name must be "softcam.cfg"

pls try to make "hard reset " and flash with new software

1. switch off dreamer - using switch on rear panel
2. copy new software on Flash disk and put on your Dreamer500HD
3. push and hold on power button ( front panel ) - switch ON Dreamer using switch on rear panel
4. wait until you can see flower picture on TV screen...than realease power button
5. wait until prcess complete and Dreamer will reboot itself
