How to Update Microbox II?

Are there any experts on Microbox II?

Just bought a new dongle that has the "II" logo..I am not sure if it is an upgrade or a new hardware out of the factory..but I am having trouble updating the dongle!!!

Have downloaded loads of updated firmwares ranging from Version 2.17 to ver 2.19, but when using the Microbox Uploader (unlike the Microbox I-do-up and cleaner.exe) I guess this software can directly update the dongle without cleaning (if referring to most of the websites on how to update the Microbox II).

But still, there is nothing happening! What is wrong? Can somebody tell me please?

P/S:
Is this dongle outdated already? Lotsa channel from OSN-Nilesat is off like Showmovies(all), OSN123, Playhouse, jimjam..etc..
