Mediapro rents laSexta's muxes

Spain's government has authorised the rental of the four channels belonging to laSexta's DTT mux to Mediapro's pay-TV channel.

The TV owners asked for authorisation by the Government for the rental of the four channels belonging to laSexta to Gol TV, something the Audiovisual General Law allows the broadcasters to do.



This operation implies the subrogation of Gol TV in laSexta's rights and obligations as a service distributor of audiovisual communication and also as an editorial responsible of the rented channel.Both parties will have to authorise the operation.
