Which channels can I open using my Irdeto Cryptoworks Mascom Module?

i have irdeto cryptoworks modul-mascom(loader v2.08cw,aplication version alphacript 3.20 mascom,datum 13.12.2009)which does not open any encoded programs in irdeto cryptoworks i would like to know what to do.and which programs schould i open with this modul

for example you can open ORF on Astra 19°E 12692 H 22000 5/6, but only with an original smartcard from the provider

which irdeto modul should i buy that i would be able to open bulsat modul?
modul should have the possibility of manual keys input or with card that can be programmed with cas3
