Amiko STHD-8800 Combo

There is a new firmware from the Spanish models receivers Gi S/ST6X99E (compatible with Russian Gi S/ST6X99, GI S/ST7X99)
Version 1.4.46. EMU has been updated to version 2.04 hs_. SMAP supported.
Other changes and additions are not yet known.
