    This file is in .ipk .

    FTP the file with DCC/FILEZILLA in tmp folder
    Then Telnet and type the commands by pressing enter on each command
    cd /
    ipkg install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-cooltvguide_Coolman_V2.2.2_all.ipk
