i have problem with EPG not renewed on lemontree and amstar menu. Do you know why it happens?

I have an Opticum x403p Receiver with new remote control.
I tested 3 different Firmware here my results:

1. ILTv (I Love TV) Firmwares:
Pros: Nice HD (High Resolution) Menu, have the best Favorite and Sender List and a great EPG Guide, good quality on SD and HD Channels.
Cons: PVR (Pause and start Record, Play) TimeShift DON'T WORK!
USB Button on Remote Control show Safe Remove. Open USB File Browser will be better. Some other buttons on the Remote control without function such as 16:9,... Menu (Argus Piccolo) and startup picture is branded. Saved Channel list + settings incompatible to other firmwares.

2. Lemontree Firmwares:
Pros: Nice HD (High Resulution) Menu, all buttons as on Remote Control work perfect include Record, Pause, Play (PVR), USB Remote Control button open File Manager, great EPG and Channel List.
Cons: on a HD TV the Picture Quality especially by non HD Channels is compare to all other Firmwares less good. See pixels even by the best output settings.

3. Amstar Firmwares:
Looks like Original Opticum
Pros: Everything works fine. Good Picture Quality on HD and SD TV Channels, PVR, TimeShift recording work. USB button on Remote Control open the File Manager
Cons: The Menu is in Low Quality (Pixels). Channel List and EPG could be better. EPG does not always update with the time. Fast Forward a Timeshift record by 24x speed do play function instead of fwd.



Lemontree will be my choice if the picture quality on SD Channels will be same good as with the other firmwares. I stick with Amstar and hope the menu will improve soon. I had once one more firmware installed, I can't remember the name but the menu was top ugly, mostly grey.

hello.i ve downloaded that software File Type: rar Opticum_HDX7_UNIBOX_1.4.34.rar (2.82 MB, 25 views) to my x7 and my remote does not work nothing at all.any suggestions how to fix this problem?thanks and merry christmas for all users.
ive found solution :remote from 7300 or menu ,system,upgrade via usb,ok.

On a Opticum x403p with Unibox and Synaps Firmware (tested old and 1.4.34 Version) after changing the Language, initial its Russian, the TV Picture looks like a 800kb/s XviD Video low quality stream on all non HD channels, similar as by Lemontree.
Next to it, some Buttons with new Remote Control do not more function properly too. Eg.: Option Button = Record; 16:9 Button Change Resolution; Status Button switch to RGB. Sometimes Record react as VideoText Button if Timeshift is enabled.
Moreover an recorded File can not more get deleted. The Yellow Button does Pause in USB Menu instead of delete the movie file.
The TV Picture quality is with Amstar Firmware the best but the entire OSD Menu is in very low Quality especially by HDMI output.
By all firmwares by system settings upgrade from USB the Channel List upgrades the settings too.

Any suggestion for Opticum x403p Receiver with new Remote Control which alternative Firmware with High Quality OSD Menu and mcaskey file / EMU support is the best?

Stable firmware releases (no buttons bug, etc.):


Use ps version! amstar SD style menu, lemontree HD style menu.

PS: FFTeam versions contains many errors (buttons bug, slow usb file system bug, etc.), but some extra features.

ps version amstar SD style menu firmware is good, if they can improve on the menu style from SD to HD and also work on the EPG.

Hi, I stick with Amstar Emu Firmware.

As soon as I flash with HD menu firmware (Lemontree, Synaps,...) it loos quality of the TV picture especially on SD Channels.

On another day I tested Opticum 9600 HD mini versus Opticum x403p on the same Flatscreen TV. 9600 have a lees good picture as the 403p and by 9600 mini the emu do not work with keys - 9600 HD mini new Hardware revision can not encrypt.

can't there be a softcam keys that include Dorcel and XXL of nss7@ 22 degree west for Ortonx403p hd? The world is a global village, lets have a larger than life dream.
