i want to know please how to extract keys OC OD and OE
where and i can extracts keys

The software to extract the keys of seca2 cards is not public.

Remember:
Canal Horizon transmit about NSS7 22°W Africa beam and Eutelsat W7 36°E sub-sahara/Africa beam
For CS you must receive the signal from this satellites. I think its only a small part of SatSupreme members.

seca 2 CEE are hacked long time ago : esp ; itl ; FR ; NL , Be , pol , all are open and mosc /emu

but the provider have upgrade seca2 to seca3 , nagra3 ; Nds ,

for seca3 / nagra3 no way for the momment

for seca2 it's possible with unlooper and correct script version of seca2 for your card
