what command is work d0,d1 ?

The predecessor card (gx28) used class byte 48. I am not sure yet about the
class byte of this card, I repend on future posts on elmax or similar boards in
this respect. As a general rule of the thumb:

• New Sky cards use class bytes: D0, D1, D2, D3
• Old Sky, DirecTV and GLA cards use class byte 48
