Where ca I find a new alternative fw (mine is Jul-07) that allows me to use and manage "softkeys".

Das Vorschau Bild im Vantageplayer kann geändert werden. Währen der Wiedergabe einfach den REC Button drücken.
* EPG wird auf Datenträger gespeichert.
Dies geschied wenn der Receiver auf Standby geschaltet wir.
Immer darauf achten den Receiver vor dem Abschalten erst in Standby schalten.
Sonst wird das System nicht sauber heruntergefahren und eine Festplattenprüfung findet beim ncähsten Hochfahren statt.
Die Option kann im Menü/Systemeinstellungen/OSD-Einstellungen/EPG-speichern
ACHTUNG: Diese Option steht nur den HD 8000 mit eingebauter Festplatte und den HD 6000/7100 mit e-SATA Anschluss
zur Verfügung.
* Wenn der Receiver im Loopthrough Modus betrieben wird,
werden bei Aufnahmen im Lowband die Highband Sender als nicht anwählbar gekennzeichnet. (nur HD 8000)
* Es einen Sendung aus der Infoleiste schnell programmiert werden.
Einfach nach rechts bis zur gewünschten Sendung springen und die aufnahme Taste drücken.

Go to Tuner 2 and use green button. (only HD 8000)
* After watching recorded Movie when you delete the file now its working correct . Fixed.

Its possible to change the thumbnail. Please press rec button during playback.

The new option can activated in Menue/System Setup/OSD Setting/ EPG HDD Saving
Please go to standby than it will save. It automatic load load when you turn on the box.

* Its possible to make reservation over the info menue. Press 2x Info then go right when you
found your Programm press rec to make reservation.
* In Looptrough mode when you record in low band mode its not possible to switch to high band. (only HD 8000)
