Can I write to Blue Dragon Card using Infinity USB Phoenix?

Do you know perhaps if I can write the blue dragon card with an:
Infinity USB writer that has also phoenix mode on it ?

Or must I really buy a CAS 3 Interface ?

Should be OK as it supports Pheonix - progammed my card using my ancient Master CRD2
