WebIf: Allow using maxlogsize=0 (unlimited logsize). This got lost some time ago when a check for value validity was inserted. Beware that you only should set it to 0 if you know what you're doing as it may take up huge space and OSCam might crash when it reaches max size for files (probably at around 4 GB).

Fix: AU parameter in users section wasn't correctly matched to readers as the string wasn't compared in full length. This also led to duplicates if one reader exists where the name is the same as the beginning of the other.
