Message: distriute_ecm() only with enabled lb - this confuses servicemapper in CardServProxy? (as frontend for oscam) when using two or more cards in different groups (we get sometimes cw answers from cache2 for readers not haveing this service). Please make an additional parameter to disable ecm distribution if there is a need to use this without enabled lb
